Loves the look and color. I purchased this for my 92 year old mother, she loves it and she can work with it because it is so simple. Made very very very well
I just wish with technology what it is today, that I could have more control over the volume. I can't talk on it when there is any other noise in the room. I just received my Crosley Radio CR59-PI Princess Phone. I am somewhat disappointed because the volume on the receiver is quite low, even though I have it set on high. I do love the looks of it and have wanted a princess phone for years.
These are small things, and I am overall very happy with the phone. If I could change anything it would be these 2 things: (1) The cradle holds the receiver up a little bit. Comfortable to use. (2) When you push the buttons to dial, it makes a sharp noise in your ear, which is a little annoying. Love the yellow.
I hold it away from me when I dial. Design is just a little different from the original, but still very cute. The sound is very good--I don't have to strain to hear with it. The phone is adorable. There is just enough weight to the phone to make it feel solid.
It takes some getting used to because at first you feel like the phone isn't sitting correctly.
It's a great shade of pink, and has the vintage styling and old fashioned ring. Looks great and works great. Very pleased with this phone. Substantial and dependable.
I could sum up this phone in 3 words.I love it. The ring tone is quaint bringing back memories of old movies watched on a rainy Saturday afternoon. The spiral cord is extra long so there's no straining with the stretch. Receiver tone is adequate. This reproduction princess phone has a seriously precious style all its own oozing with charm. I love its soft pink color and the 'just right size'. Comes with an easy push button dialing and two variations of tone.
